Initiate Your Request
Log into your Batavia account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks or barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
